Uniform
Here at Kelvedon pupils are expected to wear their uniform with pride, be smart at all times and remember that they are ambassadors for the school. Parent/carers are expected to support their child to be fully equipped and prepared for their learning each day. Please don’t put your child in a compromising position by ignoring the dress code.
Every pupil should have an art apron/shirt, PE kit, a clear water bottle and pencil case with them every day.
Our school dress code is:
white shirt or polo-shirt
royal blue school sweatshirt or royal blue jumper/cardigan
black skirt/pinafore/trousers
black shoes (trainers and high heels are not permitted)
House PE kit (Marlborough- red, Wellington- blue, Drake- green, Scott- yellow)
Optional House tie (available from online retailers)
Please ensure that all items, including shoes, are clearly labeled with your child's name at all times.
Watches, small stud earrings or religious items required by the child’s faith may be worn. No other items of jewellery are allowed.
For Health and Safety reasons pupils must not wear any earrings for any sporting or PE activity in school and will be expected to remove them before taking part. It is therefore advisable to not have your child's ears pierced during the school term, and instead have this done at the beginning of the 6 week break to avoid them being removed before the recommended time. Children that cannot remove their earrings independently to take part in activities should have them removed by a parent / carer before they come to school.

There are no minimum order quantities and your uniform will be delivered directly to your home address. Items of non logo-ed uniform is also available from School Trends as well as many other retailers.
