Kelvedon St Mary’s is an exceptional academy with a high-performing reputation due to our committed team, who take each unique learner on a journey that supports and challenges them to be the best they can be.

As the founding member of Canonium Learning Trust, Kelvedon St Mary’s is restless in its pursuit to achieve our shared purpose - to give every child the very best education possible.

We are unapologetic for our relentless focus on building positive relationships, establishing effective habits of learning and creating enabling environments as we know these to be critical to achieving excellent outcomes for all children.

At Kelvedon St Mary’s we are not afraid to dream big. Our vision is to inspire wisdom and possibilities. It has been carefully chosen to reflect our commitment to enabling every child to gain the experience, knowledge and good judgement required to add value and thrive in our evolving world and society. Our curriculum is well-planned but with a fearless flexibility so that children and adults alike can flourish and make the most of every opportunity that comes our way.

Our school motto, ‘make the impossible possible’ embodies our remarkable mindset which truly challenges every member of our school community to keep getting better and strive for excellence. Unpinned by our Christian ethos and values, we have created a community which gives each individual  a sense of purpose, awe and value so they can’t help but succeed. Our bible verse, ‘We show love and compassion for others by truly helping them, and not merely talking about it.’ (1 John 3:18) demonstrates our commitment to ensuring Kelvedon St Mary’s remains a happy, ambitious and successful school. Together, our pupils, parents, staff and governors work hard and support each other to sustain a professional and positive learning community.

We are eager to share our impressive school with you and tell you about what we have planned next to make our academy even better.
