At Kelvedon St Mary's Church of England Primary Academy, our Christian vision is at the heart of everything we do.
Together we inspire possibilities.
Together we share joy.
Together we belong.
Inspired by Jesus' parable of The Great Banquet (Luke 14:15–24) and guided by the words of 1 Thessalonians 5:11 – "Encourage one another and build each other up" – we seek to create a school where everyone is welcomed, every voice matters and everyone has a place. We believe our Christian vision enables every member of our community to flourish and experience life in all its fullness.
Our Christian vision shapes every aspect of school life. It influences the relationships we build, the curriculum we teach, the opportunities we provide and the way we care for one another. We believe every child is uniquely valued and has the potential to flourish academically, socially, emotionally, spiritually and morally.
As a Church of England school, we warmly welcome children and families of all faiths and none. We encourage everyone to explore life's big questions, celebrate moments of joy, reflect on their experiences and develop a deep sense of compassion, hope and responsibility towards others.
Our school values of Kindness, Honesty and Respect are woven through daily life, helping us build a community where children are encouraged to notice the needs of others, celebrate one another's gifts and make a positive difference in the world.
